Show Notes – Episode 001
Welcome to episode 1 of The Angela Harkness Show. I am so excited to bring this show to you and as you hear on this episode I thought long and hard about the subject of the show. So I decided to talk about a subject, a phrase that I seem to have been tagged with (my own doing). Get Shit Done.
I talk about this a lot of clients, friends, families. Anyone who is willing to listening to me go on about what Get Shit Done really means and why, as women, sometimes we can actually be rubbish at it. But in order for us to create our dream businesses and lifestyles, we have to continually have a Get Shit Done attitude.
As this is a podcast for women who really want to make massive ambitious changes in their lives, it requires you to take massive actions. I talk about how we can so often hold ourselves back by putting pressure on ourselves in the most ridiculous of areas. We tend to have, often taught by our mothers, to have an “it is just easier if I do it myself attitude” and then we end up running around achieving nothing towards our dreams.
In this episode, I give you some recommendations of some of my favourite items that can help you to Get Shit Done. I include some of my favourite inspirational and practical books, some amazing apps that will really help you to cut the crap and put efficient habits of behaviour in place and I then include some of my favourite planners because, to me there is nothing more rewarding than writing your big goals and Get Shit Done lists in a beautiful planner using an elegant pen.
A big thank you
I really hoped this episode resonated with you. My mission is for all women to start their own kick-ass businesses. I want more women, in particular from the UK to appear on the Forbes wealthiest women. I want more women to become self-made millionaires and billionaires but more importantly, I want every woman to be doing exactly what they want to be doing with their lives.
To Get Shit Done is a really important part of being kick ass and doing exactly what you want so I hope the tips, advice, and recommendations help you.
A bit thank you for listening. I aimed to bring you many more. If you enjoyed this episode please leave a comment I love to hear from you.
