Limiting beliefs can massively and negatively impact your life. In this episode, I delve into the subject of limiting beliefs. How we get them, how we recognise them, how we get rid of them.
This is such a huge subject and this episode just scratches the surface of it. But I wanted to get the conversation started so you can start to understand why your life is what it is. How your limiting beliefs may be holding you back in some areas of your life but your positive beliefs propel your forward in other ways.
I wanted this episode to leave you thinking and with enough information for you to start your own internal search to bring to the surface beliefs that may be impacting your life in the wrong way.

Whilst this is a law of attraction book. The exercises are excellent and help you to be much more aware and conscious of what is going on in your own head and life. I can declare the exercises work.
Again I recommend a James Altucher book but they are so good. This book does what it says on the tin it is about choosing yourself. James has walked the walk and this is why I love this book.
A beautiful book, an incredible story about the journey towards your dreams and ridding yourself of all of your limiting beliefs along the way. If you have already read it, maybe time for a reread.
